This Privacy Policy explains how Turbo PDF - Read & Manage (referred to as "Turbo PDF", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you download, install, access or use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). • Payment & Purchase Data: if you purchase a subscription or in-app product we receive transactional details necessary to fulfill the purchase (processed by the payment provider).

B. Information collected automatically

• Device & Environment: device model, OS version, app version, locale, device identifiers (as permitted by the OS), and connection type;
• App Usage & Diagnostics: anonymized usage metrics (features used, timestamps), crash reports, ANR information and other logs that help us troubleshoot and improve the App;
• Performance Metrics: download success/failure rates, download duration averages and similar performance counters;
• Interaction Data: counts of ad impressions/clicks (for monetized experiences), notification delivery and engagement metrics.

We do not automatically collect the contents of your documents for analytics or training purposes. Documents you open remain on your device unless you explicitly use a cloud or sharing feature.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for the following primary purposes:

• Operate the App: provide core features—open, preview and manage PDFs, perform downloads and file conversions;
• Improve Experience: analyze aggregated usage to optimize features, fix bugs and enhance performance;

Local storage: By default, files you open or download are stored on your device. We do not upload your documents to our servers unless you explicitly choose a cloud/backup feature and authorize it.

Retention: Diagnostic logs and analytics data are retained for a limited period (typically 30–90 days) to support troubleshooting and product improvement. Personal data related to support requests is kept only as long as necessary to resolve the inquiry and for legal or accounting purposes.

Transfers: If we transfer data to service providers (e.g., analytics, hosting, payment), we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Cross-border transfers will comply with applicable laws.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information under our control. These include:
